Search for new prospects and presents sales proposal to new agent directly, so that own pre-set target is achieved. Perform marketing activities to meet the standard set by the company. Record all prospect information in database system and prepares sales report for regular marketing meeting. Participates in creating marketing events and worksites for public relation and sales target growth.

• Bachelor’s or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing Agent, Motor or Non Motor in insurance business will be advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal skill.
• Service mind, good relationship, Negotiation skills.
• Self Motivate, Proactive, Strong Networking.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to driving Car and have car license.
• Computer literacy especially (Excel, Powerpoint).
